Avaus Marketing Innovations will expand its rapidly growing business operations in Sweden. The company entered the Swedish market in 2014. By acquiring the Swedish company Actionbase, Avaus will strengthen its position as the Nordic leader in data-driven marketing.

The number of employees in Sweden will increase to 40. When the acquisition is complete, the Avaus Group will have a total of 150 employees.

Avaus invests in the transformation of marketing by offering its clients a combination of analytics, marketing technologies, content development, strategies, digital media and growth hacking.

The Avaus offering is based on extensive use of customer data and linking that data to automated marketing solutions. This enables timely offers and services targeted at individual consumers and industrial buyers. Personalised service improves the customer experience and increases sales.

“Artificial intelligence is the next major trend in marketing. By integrating the data and analytics consultancy of Actionbase into Avaus, we will be better able to help our clients rethink their marketing and improve their results,” says Tom Nickels, Managing Partner at Avaus.

Mårten Tilosius, the CEO of Actionbase, has cooperated with Avaus for some time.
