Dustin, one of the largest IT partners in the Nordics and Benelux, launched a three-year Commercial AI Program to turn data, AI and automation into topline growth. Avaus works inside the team as strategic and operational partner, building the operating model alongside the use cases. Six months in, 50 automations are live and the program is tracking ahead of its value creation plan, with Avaus paid on the commercial outcomes delivered. The target for Year 3: 500 to 1,000 partly or fully autonomous commercial operations.
