AI is accelerating. Is your organization?
How leaders close the gap between AI strategy and execution.
Breakfast event, May 13th, Helsinki
Your organization might have an AI strategy by now. But do you have the operating model, the leadership behaviors, or the organizational clarity to actually execute it?
AI won’t be slowing down any time soon, and the gap between ambition and delivery is widening for those who haven’t made the shift from experimentation to scale.
Join us for a morning in Helsinki with senior leaders and practitioners who are doing the work and will be sharing what it takes to move from AI foresight to organizational impact.
We’ll cover:
- How to translate AI ambition into strategic focus
- What it takes to design an operating model built for personalization at scale
- The leadership behavior that unlock — or block — AI-driven growth
- How real organizations have restructured, re-skilled, and rewired to make AI work
Sign up below to enjoy a great breakfast, get inspired, and leave with actionable takeaways.
