What can you expect from Avaus trainee program?
At Avaus we’re all about culture and learning. Once onboard you will quite soon be part of different development processes; either internal, with our clients or both. General Info
- The Avaus trainee program is a paid internship according to local market practices, details will be provided in the selection process
- Learning material and courses provided by Avaus and partners, all training will be carried out in English, and you need to have a high level of English proficiency. In this program we also require Finnish proficiency due to the nature of customer projects available following the training period.
- Part of the summer you will be unsupervised, where you study towards your certification by your own and in groups as a part of the team building
- Computer and training platforms will be provided by Avaus
- You will be assigned a mentor among Avaus employees
- To be selected, you need to have the necessary permit to work in Finland
- During the program you will have access to all of Avaus’ facilities and be able to interact and socialise with the rest of the trainees and of course Avaus employees
- As consultants we require that you can work independently and be responsible for ensuring your ability to apply yourself also in the self study period

- Salesforce Pardot: Pardot Specialist
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Email Specialist
- Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) Business Practitioner
- Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner
- Marketo Certified Associate
- Marketo Certified Expert
Junior Digital Marketing Consultant:
- You will initially learn one of our core MarTech systems (Google, Adobe, Salesforce, Marketo)
- You will quickly learn how to operate in the systems; build customer journeys, analyze and optimize to grow our customers’ business and build first class digital experiences.

Jr Data Engineer – Trainee program 2021
I’m Portuguese and lived most of my life by the sea in the outskirts of Porto. As soon as I could I “set sail” to the Netherlands, where I completed my bachelor’s in Computer Science at TU Eindhov. Later on, my destination became Sweden, where I started my Master’s in Machine Learning at KTH.
Besides playing with data, I’m very fond of food and music, which in my opinion is one of the best ways of experiencing other cultures.

I was born and raised in Ethiopia. I studied Software engineering at Addis Ababa university institute of technology have a bachelor’s degree. I am studying Applied data science at the University of Gothenburg for a master’s degree.
When I don’t work with data engineering at Avaus I like to read books, do yoga or chat with family and friends.

Jr Strategy Consultant – Trainee program 2021
I’m a person of duality; I grew up in the countryside of Stockholm but feel at home living the city life. I studied Industrial Engineering and Management at LiTH, but I’m equally interested in subjects of social science.
Outside working hours I love running, hanging out with friends and consuming art in all its forms.
