Introducing Avaus “Fast Forward” upskilling program
During 2023, Avaus will together with participating client companies pilot the upskilling program “Fast Forward”. The objective of the program is to train the next generation of future-proofed data-driven marketing and sales experts within the client organizations. Participants may include both new hires and existing personnel with upskilling needs. The training will include joint and stream-specific sessions, independent study, home and group work, checkpoints and support, and informal events.
The program is part of Avaus Inner Circle service offering (i.e. exclusively for Avaus’ clients). Program duration is 4-6 months ending with a program graduation and diploma.
Preliminary timeline
- Q1 2023: Participation in program design and participant discussions (OKRs)
- March 2023: Program starts
- Q2-Q3 2023: Training period
